Privacy Policy

How we handle information at Insurance 24/7.

Last updated: July 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Insurance Training Institute LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit or make a purchase from https://www.insurance247.ai ("Insurance247," the "Website"), communicate with us, or otherwise use our services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

  • Website: https://www.insurance247.ai (Insurance247)
  • Business: Insurance Training Institute LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company
  • Mailing address: PO Box 413, Afton, Wyoming 83110, United States
  • Privacy contact: support@insuranceagencytraining.org

Scope — United States only. Our Service is directed solely to residents of the United States. We do not knowingly collect personal information from, nor offer our services to, individuals located outside the United States at this time. Should we expand globally, we will update this policy accordingly.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form, create an account, make a purchase, book a consultation, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Any other information you choose to include in your messages to us

Several of these functions do not happen on the static insurance247.ai site itself: consultation booking occurs in a third-party booking widget, purchases occur on third-party-hosted order/checkout pages, and any customer account lives on our third-party CRM and brain-hosting platforms, not on the website. The insurance247.ai contact page itself is email-only. Information you submit through those platforms is processed on our behalf and is also governed in part by those providers' own privacy terms.

Information collected automatically ("Usage Data")

When you visit the Website, we automatically collect certain information, which may include your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, the pages you visit, the date, time, and duration of your visit, and other diagnostic data.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and scripts) to operate the Website and understand how it is used:

  • Necessary cookies — required for the Website to function.
  • Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the Website (see Section 6).

You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies; some parts of the Website may not function properly without them.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • To process your purchases and manage your account (see Section 7)
  • To contact you about your account, purchases, or requests — by email, phone, or SMS/text message (see Sections 4 and 5)
  • To send you updates, offers, and marketing communications you have opted in to receive — you can opt out at any time
  • To understand how the Service is used and to improve it (see Section 6)
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fraud, or abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us, you agree to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages from Insurance247 (including account notifications, service updates, appointment and consultation reminders, and — only where you have opted in — marketing messages).

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will confirm your opt-out and send no further messages unless you re-subscribe.
  • Get help by replying HELP to any message or by emailing support@insuranceagencytraining.org.
  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. Email communications

If you opt in to receive emails from us (or transact with us), we may send you service emails and, with your consent, marketing emails. We send email using third-party email-delivery providers that process messages on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell your email address or provide it to third parties for their own marketing. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in the email or by emailing support@insuranceagencytraining.org.

6. Analytics

We use the following analytics provider to understand how the Service is used:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC). Google uses the data collected to track and monitor use of the Service. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

7. Payments

You can pay for products and services on the Service. Checkout takes place on third-party-hosted order pages, and payments are processed by third-party payment processors; we do not collect or store your full card number.

  • Stripe — privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy
  • Whop — see the privacy policy published at https://whop.com

Payment processors receive only the information necessary to process your payment and are governed by their own privacy policies.

8. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only:

  • With service providers who perform services on our behalf (payment processing, analytics, customer support), only as needed to perform those services
  • With platform providers who host our booking, checkout, customer communications, email delivery, and customer-account functions, only as needed to provide the Service
  • For legal reasons — to comply with a legal obligation, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights or property, prevent wrongdoing, or protect the safety of users or the public
  • In a business transaction — if the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred; we will provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy
  • With your consent — for any other purpose you agree to

As stated in Section 4, text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — generally, for as long as you have an account or an active relationship with us, and thereafter as required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for shorter periods.

10. Security and breach notification

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Breach notification. In the event of a data breach that compromises personal information, we will notify affected users and applicable regulators as and to the extent required by applicable United States federal and state law (including the California data-breach notification statutes where they apply), without undue delay.

11. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for insurance and business professionals and is directed only to users who are at least 18 years old, consistent with our Terms of Service. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact us at support@insuranceagencytraining.org and we will delete it.

The Service may contain links to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
